First time I encounter this, you have to pay application fee before getting a tour. What a rip-off.

Nice place to live
I know a lot of people who live here. The new manager, Ralph, is very attentive to the needs of the tenants. They have been upgrading many apartments. The rent is reasonable for the location. Great place to call home!

DON'T RENT FROM THEM
THIS PLACE SUCKS.THE MANAGEMENT IS RUDE,THEY LIE,VERY UNPROFESSIONAL,THE APARTMENTS ARE VERY OUT DATED THEY HAVE A SERIOUS ROACH PROBLEM AND MICE.
