The Crest at Elm Tree

I've lived in apartments in other states, and this complex is by far the best! The customer service is truly one of a kind. The leasing office was beyond helpful with my move-in process, and is always responsive with any questions or needs. Maintenance is on top of everything, and everyone is super friendly. I absolutely love my apartment! The grounds are very well-kept. The whole area is beautiful, peaceful, and one of a kind. I could not recommend The Crest enough!

My apartment was thoroughly cleaned and ready to move in when I arrived. The building looks great inside and out. Communication and coordination with the staff has been excellent. Enjoying then next adventure in my life!

First, The Crest at Elm Tree in Mount Joy, Pa., gets 5 stars -- no question about it.

Our move to The Crest at Elm Tree came at an important time for us. In fact, there were two moves. The first brought an elderly parent and his youngest daughter, both of whom needed a change of scene and a mutually supportive home. We found that at The Crest and are grateful for that.

When the time came for us to become more involved with their lives from day to day, we were able to make the very easy and… wise decision to move to The Crest at Elm Tree. In fact, we moved into the neighboring building so we could walk back and forth as needed -- to help with medical appointments, shopping, household chores, watching Penn State football, and just enjoying time together (and lots of good meals).

Over the course of nearly six-and-a-half years, our experiences at The Crest at Elm Tree and with all of the on-site personnel were as you would expect them to be at a first-rate community: professional, prompt and personable. We found the team at The Crest at Elm Tree to be welcoming, friendly and understanding. All of that combined to make our stay at The Crest special and memorable. We can't thank The Crest team enough for that.

We wholeheartedly recommend The Crest at Elm Tree. Should the time come that we and our little dog are lucky enough to return to Mount Joy, we will certainly find our way home to The Crest at Elm Tree.

This is like living in a private country club. Private streets, walking trails, immaculate grounds, Saltwater pool, washing car port state of the art gym excellent Maintenace and parking plus extremely quiet inside and out. The staff Maryann, Mindy, Karen and everyone else extremely attentive. Sunday had my air-conditioning went out called the office and the maintenance rep. was here and fixed in 1 hr.
