They just want ur money
The company doesn’t care about anyone who lives here. My roommates and I have had a broken dishwasher that was deemed too old to be here, a washer that always has a leak, and my bathroom that has constant plumbing issues. They found five gallons of “ unflushable rags” under my toilet and they are now trying to blame me for it despite the fact I have no knowledge of how that ended up there and are trying to charge me a 300 dollar fee without even giving me time to dispute those charges. These... people suck

Theyre all infested with BEDBUGS
That's right. Every single apartment building and townhouse. Management won't treat the entire buildings, so the same infestation just gets shuffled around. Not to mention the mold that oozes through the paint in the walls. Lots of hard drugs and violence. Broken bottles and needles everywhere, including the little park for the kids. Apartments are tiny and just filthy. There is no cleaning it up. Right on the bus line and is next to a great place for ice cream and food. Highly recommend that... place to eat.
