this place is very bad

Hello, I am a former resident of this community 2023, and thank God I left as soon as I could, for many reasons:

There is a plague of mice, I had to cover all the edges
I never found parking after 6pm and cars are vandalized inside the property when there is no night security,
And the apartment they gave me smells like cigarette smoke, I had to put air freshener on it every day.
a lot of maintenance is needed on the property and apartments
there are many cracks in the apartments, the floor is… very old and the walls are poorly painted and a door that is at the entrance to the building on top almost fell on me, I made reports about what happened but they only went to do fatal maintenance,
almost never The building is clean, the garbage from the containers spills very often
the apartment was given to me with the refrigerator and oven dirty (and be careful if you leave them dirty at the end of the contract because they will charge you for all the cleaning in parts)
Say goodbye to your deposit, there is always something they are going to charge you even if you prove otherwise.

Rodent Infested

I currently live in building D and it is infested with roaches and mice. The cost of the apartments are nice but it is extremely dirty here. I have maintenance come on the monthly basis for the roaches and they are still in my apartment. Will be moving out soon definitely looking forward to it.

New Home

Just moved in and so far, I have no complaints. I really like my new space, it's quite cozy already. The leasing agent Christine has been great with assisting me through the process.

Rodent Problem

I have lived her for 1.5 years. I have personally killed over half a dozen mice over the course of 6 months. The property does not seem particularly interested in solving this problem, despite several outreaches by me. The staff constantly deflects responsibility. This is just one of many issues with this complex. More to come.
