My teammates and I are delighted that you’re so pleased with your new home. Your apartment was among the first to showcase several of our newest upgrades, including the new washer and dryer, elegant white shaker-style European cabinetry with black… granite countertops, a large tiled backsplash, and beautifully upgraded bathrooms. As you described, the design truly resembles a Pinterest-worthy New York City penthouse or a featured layout in an architectural magazine. In fact, the photographer who captured our original images commented that he wished he lived at the Ambassador Apartments! Beyond the striking design and generous apartment size, many of the features in our homes are simply not found together in any other single apartment in the area. Each residence includes a large private balcony with upgraded European sliding glass balcony doors similar to those used in some of the world’s finest hotels. Equally important are the features you don’t immediately see. Elements like sound control, construction quality, and thoughtful engineering play a significant role in everyday comfort and overall quality of life—just as much as the visual impact when you first open your door. Over time, we’ve been upgrading our… apartments to the next “generation” of design and quality, incorporating custom cabinetry, premium flooring, and advanced fenestration (windows and doors). We’ve been steadily upgrading our apartments to the next “generation” of design and quality, with custom cabinetry, premium flooring, and advanced fenestration (windows and doors). Our new cabinetry features beautiful custom white wood with elegant black granite countertops and pull-out sink sprays. The floating wood floors are imported from Europe, as are our custom sliding doors—an incredible piece of engineering. These doors are built with double-thick, low-E glass that delivers exceptional energy efficiency while virtually eliminating exterior noise. They’re the same caliber used in the world’s finest hotels and serve as the gateway to each resident’s private balcony.There are so many thoughtful upgrades throughout our apartments that it’s impossible to list them all in less than a few pages. You truly have to see them in person to appreciate what excellence looks and feels like.
