My teammates and I are delighted that you’re so pleased with your new home. Your apartment was among the first to showcase several of our newest upgrades, including the new washer and dryer, elegant white shaker-style European cabinetry with black... granite countertops, a large tiled backsplash, and beautifully upgraded bathrooms. As you described, the design truly resembles a Pinterest-worthy New York City penthouse or a featured layout in an architectural magazine. In fact, the photographer who captured our original images commented that he wished he lived at the Ambassador Apartments! Beyond the striking design and generous apartment size, many of the features in our homes are simply not found together in any other single apartment in the area. Each residence includes a large private balcony with upgraded European sliding glass balcony doors similar to those used in some of the world’s finest hotels. Equally important are the features you don’t immediately see. Elements like sound control, construction quality, and thoughtful engineering play a significant role in everyday comfort and overall quality of life—just as much as the visual impact when you first open your door. Our new cabinetry features beautiful custom white wood with elegant black granite countertops and pull-out sink sprays. The floating wood floors are imported from Europe, as are our custom sliding doors—an incredible piece of engineering. These doors are built with double-thick, low-E glass that delivers exceptional energy efficiency while virtually eliminating exterior noise. They’re the same caliber used in the world’s finest hotels and serve as the gateway to each resident’s private balcony.There are so many thoughtful upgrades throughout our apartments that it’s impossible to list them all in less than a few pages. You truly have to see them in person to appreciate what excellence looks and feels like. Thanks for becoming a resident of the Ambassador Apartments. I’m thrilled that you loved your apartment. I know the new kitchen must have been a wonderful surprise. We also installed a new air conditioning system today in your apartment. I reviewed... your new home for our management today as part of our greater team review procedures, and it’s really beautiful. One of the special (and there are many that distinguishes us from nearly all other communities) features at the Ambassador Apartments is a very sophisticated camera system of dozens of high definition cameras that cover nearly every corner of the property. This is not a WIFI system, but a hard wired system with redundancies to provide maximum reliability. We constantly invest in our properties, and one of the largest investments is in security. The high tech security doors, video intercoms that you were introduced to today were also recently added. In addition, we recently upgraded all of the exterior and interior common lighting to add security and comfort to our residents. What you don’t see, is certainly as important as the beautiful finishes you do see. I’m glad you recognized our surveillance system as a feature that drew you to our buildings. Thanks for your wonderful review. As happens at all apartment communities, work relocation and family needs sometimes require our residents to relocate, however, it’s amazing how many return to live in our communities once the need and influence of... the original motivating factors that led them to move subside or simply change. This past week we welcomed you back to the community after having been away for many years. Likewise, we welcomed back this month another resident who had moved away years ago as well. It’s a testament as to how special the community and staff are, that wonderful families and individuals like yourself felt so highly of our community that as changes in circumstances in their lives too place once again, and returned them to Philadelphia, they returned to the Ambassador Apartments.
