Just this past week, we toured the property with four real estate professionals who... regularly visit newly constructed multifamily communities. To a person, they were absolutely awe-struck. Each praised the construction quality and stunning finishes. One remarked, “I would love to live here,” while another shared, “I was speechless seeing the completed property for the first time. I toured it with you almost exactly a year ago when much of the former school building was still under renovation—but even after that, this is beyond anything I could have imagined.” Our entire team takes great pride in being part of this extraordinary development.
