Thanks for taking the time to tell other families about your experience as a resident for 5 years. We make customer satisfaction our top priority. We generally have a waiting list of families wanting to live at the Park Place One not only because of... the wonderful apartment homes, but because of the reputation our staff has built with regard to providing timely service, by experienced and thoughtful men and women. We respond to emergencies 24/7. We take pride in the appearance of the communities buildings and grounds. We do most of our repairs in house, including snow removal. We are always the very first community to have the snow removed, and our sidewalks and parking lots salted. We are delighted that you have take the time to recognize our efforts. The Park Place One Community was built by the same family that currently manages the property. We built the community knowing that a well-constructed and maintained community with a focus on long term residents satisfaction and a design that incorporates energy efficient, sound and fire resistant, balconies, large room sized and washer/dryers in each home, supported by responsive professional maintenance and office staff would lead to a great reputation, which in turn would create a strong demand for our product, and that is exactly what has occurred.
