Great home

Molly is very kind to the residents. Never hollers only calls to talk to you if an issue arises. My place was huge. Wish I had stayed. I'd have been better off than where I just left. Drug infested moldy dump in bucks county. No way did this occur at Blue grass estates. I hope to return someday.

Been living here for almost a year

Been living here for less than an year. Plan on many more! The apartment is a great value for the dollar and alot of pros out weigh my 1 con which is a older stove but im sure i just got an older apartment. Overall wonderful and the office staff is utterly amazing. Totally helped me out during a tough time and i love them. -joe

The community is well-kept and safe but the manager Molly is very rude and needs some customer service classes. She needs to learn how to deal and interact with people. She consistently spoke to me a very rude condescending tone. I'm happy I never have to see her again.

Amazing Amazing Amazing

I came across Blue grass estate when I was driving by almost two years ago. When the people from the leasing office gave me a tour of Blue Grass I knew this was right for me. As a tenant for 16 months I plan on continuing to renew my lease for many years to come.

Home sweet home

Hello I would like to start by letting everyone know that if I don't win anything I will still be a winner. I have been in my apartment since May of this year. The apartment I lived in before moving to blue grass estates was roach and mice infested which I didn't realize until I was 6months in. I have always been the type of person that love to fix up my place inside and out. I love putting flowers all around outside, and I love plants for the inside. My previous apartment got my attention… because it had a balcony I thought wow I could really make this nice and comfortable. I must tell you I felt anything but comfort while living in those dirty and embarrassing conditions I knew I wanted out but I had to wait until my lease was up. I started looking around for my next apartment and this is when I came across Blue grass estate before I went to the office I took a look around the grounds I loved everything about this place, so I waited until night time to see if there was any unwanted crowds of people hanging out, also if there was loud music etc. To my surprise it was none of that at this site the grounds were clean and peaceful. When they gave me a tour of the inside I was sold I knew I wanted this to beat next place. So far they have not disappointed I'm still in love and have no plans of moving anytime soon. I have recommended blue grass to several of my Co workers and so far one person has moved in which saved me two hundred dollars off my rent for next month. If you're looking for a nice, safe, comfortable place to call home, come to blue grass estates you won't regret it.
