I love living here, I was given a TV & Air Conditioner with the apartment. The maintenance guy is amazing! Truly. He is a wonder and always handles request immediately. The only concern is the rodent problem. I have the exteriminator in my apartment every time he’s in the building and yet I still find mice droppings and the mice still run in and around my apartment freely. When I requested my fee waived so I could get a cat, they said no. There are also occasional cockroaches. So - if you’re... cool with mice and roaches but decent apartments and a nice maintaince guy - go for it.
