Roaches everywhere. No matter how many times you request service for the problem, they do nothing to fix it.
Maintenance personnel quite rude as well

There is mold, mice, roaches, believe what the 1 star ratings are saying, I know!!

I wouldn’t recommend these apartments to my worst enemy. Can’t post pics here but take a look at their yelp and google reviews and you’ll see. Office staff and friends are obviously the reason for the 4-star rating. The roach problem they have is out of control and needs addressing. I literally had to have exterminators come to my apartment 3 times in less than 2 months, and that still didn’t take care of the problem to this day. My bathroom ceiling collapsed twice and maintenance had to come... out 4 times in less than 2 weeks because of this problem. I was without heat for over a month during the winter months, they brought by one tiny space heater as if that was going to do something. I called a 2nd time to tell them about my heating and they decided that bringing a second space heater would suffice. And I have proof of work orders being for all these issues that are mentioned. The only positive things I can say about these apartments are the location, and maintenance comes out pretty quick when called. Besides that, Gateway Towers is a mess that needs fixing. Read More

Roach and mice are everywhere. They will tow your car if your parking pass falls off of your mirror. The maintenance staff is the only positive. They are very nice and professional. Property Manager is terrible. Washers and dryers are always broken, and there are only 2 of each on a floor with 25 units. People leave their stuff in there for days. Elevators NEVER work. Weed smoke and people yelling and fighting is a common occurance at all hours of the day and night. Hidden fees that they do not... tell you at the time of signing your lease. Absolutely horrible. I lived here for 6 years. When we first moved in, we had a great time. There used to be plenty of parking, they used to regularly clean the hallways and keep the place well kept overall. But in the past year or so, our apartment became inundated with small roaches that seemed to come from behind our fridge and oven, we found multiple mice living in our HVAC unit and behind our appliances. The parking situation has become unbearable. I’ve seen a few people with 4-5 cars when... your only allowed to have 2 cars per unit. As a result it was sometimes impossible to find parking in spaces so you had to park in fire lanes and places that made it almost impossible to drive around. The parking lot seems to be a breeding ground for cats. No joke, there are people that live there that feed the cats in the area. The hallways and common areas are disgusting. People just let their dogs pee and poop in the hallways so be careful where you walk. Earlier last year our HVAC unit stopped working so when they put a new one in the hit one of the walls putting a big hole in it, which they refused to fix. From what I’ve learned, they have not had luck keeping a property manager and they seem to have a new one every 6 months or so. Stay away from this place.
