Worst maintenance I’ve ever had
Horrible maintenance. There’s a reason why it’s cheap Here’s their process. You file a complaint. They see it and mark it as completed immediately without even seeing what the issue is. You address them for not fixing the issue. Then they get mad at you for talking to them instead of reporting it to their number. You then text their number for updates and they tell you they’ll get to it. A month later, they only fix one issue. So if you have multiple issues like I did (broken doors, bugs... everywhere, buzzing pipes by the sink), it’ll take them forever to fix it.

The worst possible place to live
People smoke all day everyday the apartments have bed bugs and stray cats and horrible service and people yell in the hallways during sun rise and during night

Not well maintained
It was nice at first. Now, they don't bother fixing anything . my appartment has mildew, the bathroom ceiling is cracked open, during summer people smokes near my window. I'm on here looking for another place to move to, that's how bad it is.
