dont move here

this small complex has a parking lot in the rear and is a haven for drug use by random people that do not live here.

the maintenance is non existent. they give you enough to get your moved in then you are on your own.

MICE!!! everywhere

floors dont meet the walls so your air or heat goes out the window.

snotty people answer the phone at the service numbers and joe the maintenance guy works 3 properties by himself, that bundled with his inability to fix anything gets you nothing and a lot of… stories.

building owners have a contract with the city to take people from jail and/or drug programs and they wind up being your neighbors

place stinks
