quite neighborhood

I recently moved in and it's a nice area to live in the apartments are spacious and the management are friendly if u report a problem they fix it rite away I'm glad I moved here I have no bad complaints about park chase apartments

worst apartment experience ever

when moving in... they wouldn't show the apartment until long after we had paid security and barely before our move-in date.

after moving in, neighbors are nasty, gross, and ignorant. tried delivering a package to another building that was incorrectly sent to me and it almost caused a fight.

the list of maintenance issues is LONG. nothing has been fixed. reported a pest issue today and was told we should have reported it yesterday because that's when the exterminator comes. was also told… maintenance would come by today but that was a like, and they never showed.

other tenants dont follow the rules. we have noise issues all the time and the walls are paper thin. constant stench of cigarettes in common areas of the building and I can smell my neighbors weed and food every night.

truly the worst place for my infant daughter to live. if you call parent company to apartment they shrug it off and tell you to call your property manager... and in barely 3 months of living here that person has switched twice!

Been living here almost 4 years. Great neighbors. Overall quite pleased with living here. Feels like home. Management is very accessible and extremely caring & helpful. Highly Recommend Park Chase Apartments.

Park Chase Review

Been living here almost one year.
As it is my first apt. living experience, I am very happy here. The apartment is beautiful. Maintainance quickly takes care of any issues. Children live here, but it is not noisy at all. Neighbors are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Park Chase to anyone who wants a nice experience living and renting in Philadelphia.

Park Chase

I have been living here for 7 years. The management office and the maintenance men are excellent. Very peaceful and convenient to buses, stores, schools, banks, etc. I recommend these apts. to anybody. Worth the price!
