I’ve had a wonderful leasing experience from start to finish. David was very informative, attentive to my requests and timely with his communication and responses. Everything has gone smoothly and I have enjoyed my experience at Poth thus far. I would certainly recommend it to others.

I have enjoyed this being my first apartment. Shout out to the entire staff David is always friendly maintenance as well and a special shoutout to Ms. Anette I really enjoy seeing her in the evenings to chat. Feels like home here!

I've been enjoying Poth Brewery Lofts for 3 years now and I really enjoy it here. The building is amazing and has a soul of it's own. The management team is great and have resolved any issues. Very quiet, private, peaceful place.

If you are thinking about moving to brewerytown/philly in general you absolutely should move here! I’ve been here for about a month and I can’t even explain how amazing and welcoming it’s been. I was looking for two separate units for me and my younger cousin. David and Jameriah were so patient and accommodating when it came to selected the perfect units for us. The space and building is breathtaking. It’s so well taken care of and every single staff member has gone above and beyond every single... day since. Move it was SO chill it was actually so amazing since I was doing it by myself. They helped me every single step of the way. This space and the friendly residents here really make it pleasant especislly with a busy schedule and I feel like I’ve lived here forever! Thank you David and Jameriah! Oh and the evening attendants are so lovely and friendly as well. I feel super safe :) very dog friendly!
