How Is This Rating Determined?

There's no Air Conditioning at all.

I moved here Jan. 30th. My air conditioning has been broken since moving in. I have put in over 15 maintenance requests by now. they have told me every week for the past month that they would fix it next week. it is now May 13th and the air conditioning is still broken. Save yourself the headache and don't move here.

Hi Jake, the city mandates heating from Oct. 1 to April 30, but not cooling. The air conditioning is not turned on during the winter season. We are the in process of turning on the systems. Please call the office if you have any additional questions.

Love the community love the school district overall and such a great neighborhood Sherwood crossing is great i’m pretty happy they’re placing a no smoking Community I think it’s going to be for the best

It's a very good place to live, it's a quiet place, my daughter and my wife are loving living here. The staff are attentive and quick whenever we need something. I recommend this place to anyone looking for an excellent place to live with the family, and in safety.

You are allowing too many people to park their cars in the lots,some people have 2-3 cars here and are selling them or using the lots to use as a fixing point for outside vehicles!!!! It’s not fair for people who have one car when you turn your eyes away from the people who abuse the lot!! Make them park on red Lion road…lf they don’t run that’s not fair for people who have to walk 2 blocks while they get to have 2-3 spots!!! UNFAIR
