The amenities are incredible, the apartments and views are beautiful, and the staff is always so kind and welcoming! The study areas make it easy to focus without needing to go to a library. The gym is also amazing.

Moving into Chestnut Apartments in Philadelphia was an amazing experience from start to finish. The staff was welcoming and helpful, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. The building itself felt modern, clean, and secure, with everything well-maintained and ready to go on move-in day. The location was another highlight close to campus, restaurants, and the city’s energy, yet still offering a sense of comfort and home. Meeting neighbors and settling in felt easy, thanks to the... community atmosphere. Overall, the move was not just about getting a new place to live, but about feeling excited and supported while starting a new chapter in Philadelphia.

The Chestnut is a very nice community in a convenient location for the nearby universities. It has great amenities and provides a comforting, hotel-like atmosphere. The staff are nice and helpful, and the building feels safe and well-maintained. Overall, it is a great place to live and I am happy to call it home.

Excellent managers and security staff, very helpful and very available even on the Weekends. Move-in was very easy as Chestnut Apartment has service elevator and hotel style roller carts in the front.

The Chestnut is a fabulous place to live! The building is beautiful and the amenities are outstanding. The location is amazing (so close to campus) and the apartments are spacious, modern and luxurious. The staff is wonderful and I feel very safe and happy living at the Chestnut.
