Just did my lease, and it was fairly straightforward. The only complaint is the number of different logins and email messages I was bombarded with, some of which were only for Greystar marketing purposes. For example, Updater.com, which it looks like I had to sign up for, is merely just a marketing vehicle designed to add profits to Greystar's pockets. There is this site (Community Rewards), multiple different systems used to verify insurance (and attempt multiple times to get me to purchase... insurance through the sites, which I'm sure gives Greystar a kickback), and like 4 different sites to upload background materials and income verification. It seems the system is designed to make it easy for Greystar and to generate revenue, but not make it easy for applicants.
