Terrible Management and Ongoing AC Issues

Extremely disappointing experience. The AC has been broken, with temperatures inside the apartment repeatedly reaching 78–85°F, and management has failed to resolve the issue despite multiple complaints.

Brianna, the manager, has been particularly unhelpful throughout this situation. There has been little urgency, and the problem continues to go unresolved. For something as basic as functioning air conditioning during the summer, I expected significantly better from management, especially… paying so much money. When asked to give any sort of reimbursement or compromise, all questions will be dodged.

I would seriously reconsider living here based on my experience with the management and maintenance response.

Just did my lease, and it was fairly straightforward. The only complaint is the number of different logins and email messages I was bombarded with, some of which were only for Greystar marketing purposes. For example, Updater.com, which it looks like I had to sign up for, is merely just a marketing vehicle designed to add profits to Greystar's pockets. There is this site (Community Rewards), multiple different systems used to verify insurance (and attempt multiple times to get me to purchase… insurance through the sites, which I'm sure gives Greystar a kickback), and like 4 different sites to upload background materials and income verification. It seems the system is designed to make it easy for Greystar and to generate revenue, but not make it easy for applicants.

Comfortable apartment! Fast maintenance! I will say sometimes bad management of packages and guests. Also, thin separation between apartments weirdly. The wall separating my room and the room next to me has a gap.

The amenities are incredible, the apartments and views are beautiful, and the staff is always so kind and welcoming! The study areas make it easy to focus without needing to go to a library. The gym is also amazing.
