Great apartment and building. However, closing the gym everyday (esp. on weekends) for an hour at 10 AM for "cleaning" is a slap in the face to residents, especially when the gym isn't clean (there is dust everywhere, sweat build up on some cardio machines, and the towelettes are out of stock more than half the time). If you're going to ruin my weekend workout, might as well do a thorough clean at least.

Lived here a year, overall pretty good! Packages & Amazon lockers are convenient, concierge is friendly, gym & layout are decent, lighting could improve.

Ludlow is a great building. Management is very kind and always looking for ways to improve the building and enhance the resident experience. Tim and Chris are especially wonderful, they are consistently kind, helpful, and go above and beyond to accommodate and support residents.

Great staff, great building. Quick responses to maintenance needs. Convenient location and close to major restaurants and bars.
Would love to stay here next year as well!
