I haven’t moved in yet. I am moving from Houston to Philly and soon to be a new resident at The Ludlow. I can only say that my application experience and the level of customer care was beyond what I had expected and it’s because of Imani one of the senior leasing professionals at The Ludlow. Imani is so warm and welcoming and immediately made me feel at ease. She has been nothing but professional and helpful.

In a day and time when customer care all but exists, Imani provided exemplary... service from beginning to end. I am looking forward to my move and new home in Philly thanks to Imani and some of the other helpful staff at the Ludlow (Amanda and Chris, too)!
