I have mice running around in my apartment, my bathroom ceiling is peeling and molding ( I’m sorry it’s “mildew”) from an improper pain job, I’m still waiting on someone to repair the laminate floors that’s been peeling since I moved in, the lobby’s front door has been broken for too long and I feel unsafe not to mention Im being charged for the kiosk access to the broken door! Lol
I try not to complain but this is getting ridiculous.

I was put on the list for an exterminator and someone… came in my apartment and just dropped 3 sticky traps on the boarders of the kitchen (I have a 6 year old by the way lol) this place is a joke. I’m prettying sure it wasn’t the exterminator who did it but ok.

This apartment sucks.

I moved in in Nov 2022 and the apartment there are multiple issues, mice, a non working dishwasher leaking when it is not in use. The management maintenance team appear o show interest but not resolution after reporting the issue over 3 weeks ago. Not satisfied.

Overall I like it . The community seem chill and I love the diversity in the building . I love the view and the convenience to septa , food and shopping centers .
