I lived here for three years. Nice apartment. Very spacious and quiet. The landlord is awful—Unresponsive, rude, and demeaning. Objectively a bad human being. He will make false accusations against you when your lease is up, even if you've been a great tenant. It's amazing how a single person can offset any positives an apartment has going for it.

Great spacious apartment for 1, awesome location and views, private, quiet and safe. Landlord got mad when he saw my siblings staying the weekend and told me word for word “I don’t like paying for all that water.” Negligent half of the year because he goes away for the winter. Felt very uncomfortable when he was around

After living in a house for 36 years I was reluctant to go into an apartment. However, have found it very comfortable & easy. Service is good. It is quiet & my balcony view is a wooded area where I can watch & feed birds, squirrels. etc. Moving into this apartment complex was a good decision.
