Experience as a lender provided insight into the world of real estate sales and additional opportunities available as an investor. During the last two years, Duane has been aiding a non-profit organization furthering housing opportunities for people with disabilities. He has gained a keen awareness of details that provide smart home choices for people with disabilities. Identifying a home that is adaptable for accessibility or future accessibility is becoming more important as our population ages.
