Terrible landlord
Dirty when told would be clean. Bathroom and kitchen has water damage and mold. Landlord only takes cash or check to a random company. (Pretty sketchy)Handymen are 20 year olds that don’t know what they are doing.

DO NOT RENT
Walls and ceilings are literally FALLING OFF. there is MOLD. The fake tile in the kitchen is ripping OFF. Most of the outlets do not have 3 prong and are not secure - FIRE HAZARD. Did NOT CLEAN apartment before we moved in (had to hire our own cleaner). Handyman said they don't get paid enough so they do CHEAP work. Only collects rent check or cash. TURNED OFF WATER WITHOUT TELLING US... PROBABLY MORE.

Inquired, RUDE landlord
I called the number on the side of the building to inquire. The man on the phone was very short and judgmental from the moment he answered. I asked if there were any availabilities as a place to start conversation, and I was quickly made to feel stupid for not "giving enough information" about what I wanted. Upon asking if the apartments were updated, I was told these apartments are not what I'm looking for. Excuse me?
Patronizing any sort of rude business is not what I'm looking for, in... fact. Very happy to pay rent elsewhere.
Don't waste your time here.
