Alder Ridge

I moved from the south hills to Alder Ridge 8 months ago. The leasing staff were very nice to work with. I have a one bedroom apartment that is a good size. The application process was quick and the ladies in the office were so helpful and friendly. It is a safe complex and lovely area. The only downside is that the kitchen is a bit outdated and small and there are few cabinets. But they do have garbage disposals and dishwashers which are big plusses. I've lived at Alder Ridge Apartments for almost 2 years now. I currently live in a 1-bedroom place, and have had a very positive experience!

Location: Alder Ridge is under 5 minutes away from McKnight road and TONS of shopping and malls. It's so convenient when I need to run out quickly for something. I work downtown, and (with no traffic) it only takes about 15 minutes to get there. I definitely give location 5/5.

Price: The prices at Alder Ridge are extremely competitive for such an... ideal location. The amount of space in each of the units is also really great.

Community: The other tenants that I've interacted with are all super friendly and the staff is just as great. Maintenance is timely and the workers are respectful. They keep the area clean and well-maintained. There is even a community park within walking distance of all of the buildings!

If I had to pick out one negative, it would be that the kitchens (at least in units that I've seen) have not been updated. Read More

We've been living in a one bedroom at Alder Ridge for about 8 months now. We love the community, a very wide array of people and families both young and old. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the maintenance was always there quickly to help fix an issue. Our air conditioning wasn't working when we moved in and the guy came that same day to fix it! Now it works perfectly!!
My only complaint is there is not much storage space within the apartment. Not much closet space, and the kitchen... is quite small with only three cupboards. Other than that this apartment is perfect for us! Read More

Well it's a nice place to live. The pros are that it's a nice safe neighborhood to live in and a quiet place. The cons are that kids can't even play outside. Now that not nice for kids not to play outside.

I have been living here for 6 years now and still present,and i must say i really like it everything has been good so far.
I have no problem with the Landlord or any teenants of the property,it is nice and quiet and in a very good location.
Also pricewise is pretty cheap for this area!
So i deffinitly suggest it to others
