Absolutely love living here! The location is close to the city without paying city rent prices. The staff and reality company is always helpful, friendly and attentive to any issues. As a young professional woman, I feel safe living in the apartment complex and in the community. Walking distance to Bellevue pool is also a huge perk!

Do not rent here. The rent increases every year and the level of maintenance decreases. When there is an emergency on the weekends (when fire alarms go off) no one is available. Was not a bad place to live when we first moved over 10 years ago but has definitely gone down hill. No regular maintenance is done. The only way anything gets done is when it breaks or when someone moves out. My apartment has not been painted and no new carpet since I moved in. Carpets don't get cleaned unless it's... on my dime.
