Top Notch FORBES Leasing Management Team [08/ 2022-12/ 2023]
Very pleased with the communication and support the Forbes Management team provided during my entire lease term. Someone always answered the phone or quickly returned the call. All maintenance requests were followed up on. My apt was a 1 BR 1 BA on the 1st floor. Location was perfect for the easy walk to CMU and local spots for restaurants and other needs. It is a quiet building. Street noise not an issue. Felt safe at all times. Forbes assisted with the re-rent process to break my annual lease... commitment after my CMU Master's Program ended Dec. 2023. The one month's rental fee to find the new tenant was well worth the savings of 7 months rent !!! They really were TOP OF THE LINE !!!
