The views, the tenants, and the living space are all great. The best thing is that when I put in a call for maintenance they come quickly.
There are the usual problems but all in all I like living here. The location is great as is the outside gardening.

Don’t do it

Infrastructure and management are awful. We lost thousands in personal property damages living here due to leaking garages and basements and intermittent loss of power and water. No hot water or heat in the middle of winter. And management is completely incompetent. People are moving out in droves. Don’t fall victim to this “luxury living” building
