New owner - avoid

Do not rent here. Every good review or positive thing you’ve heard was from the past owners. The building sold and the new landlord is terrible.

Was the best apartment building in lawrencivlle, now it’s a place to avoid.

Excellent Building & Location

We have lived in the Locomotive Lofts for 2 years now and have loved our time here. The apartments themselves are excellent with very thick walls. The neighbors are considerate and friendly. The maintenance staff, Arthur and Sean, are both great guys who always brighten our day every time we see them. The management team did change in the past year, but the new owners have already begun making updates to the building and were very helpful when we wanted to make a short-term extension to our... lease. We loved our time in Lawrenceville and would have loved to stay in this building longer if we were not moving out of the area. 5/5 highly recommend!

Great experience!

I’ve lived in a lot of apartments over the years and this by far is the best place I’ve ever lived. I am SO sad to be moving out. The building is very nice and quiet, aside from occasionally hearing the train (which I quickly got used to and barely even noticed anymore). All of the staff is super friendly and all maintenance issues were handled super quickly. Kathy is a gem of a human and was so flexible and accommodating during our time living here. The apartments are so spacious and tons of... closet space. We never had any issues with street parking and being such a close walk to Butler Street was amazing! So much to do in the neighborhood, but the building is tucked away on a quiet, peaceful corner of Lawrenceville. Best of both worlds! I would recommend this place over and over and over again!

Extremely pathetic management

Been trying to get in touch with them to rent a place for weeks. Phone just goes to voice mail and no one ever calls back. 2 numbers, one of which only goes to a generic voice mail and the other returns static.

If you're not interested in renting out apartments maybe reflect your website to reflect the same.

If they have this attitude to prospective renters, once can only wonder how they'd treat people once they start living there.
