Not bad at all
Pros:
1. Great location on busline and patroled by police because of a lot of seniors in the area.
2. Apartments just right size with fairly private balconies
3. On site social worker
4. Secure building
5. Pets allowed
6. Close to Allegheny General Hospital
7. Good heating/cooling
8. Quiet (in my experience)
9. Subsidized rent, everything included
Cons:
1. Not enough storage space/cabinets
2. half of balcony not useable due to AC venting giving off intense heat.
3. Limited parking
4.... Unprofessional management
5. Very little entertainment/activities provided
6. High security deposit for pets (paid out in increments added to rent during the first year).
