~Minimum income qualifications of 3.5 times the rent must be proven
~Applicants must have a minimum of 1 year on the job, unless on a fixed income. If starting new employment, please provide an official offer letter, and previous employment must be proven to be a minimum of 1 year on the job
~Credit and background checks are mandatory, with a $35.00 fee
~Rental verifications of previous addresses will be completed for all applicants
~Applications will only be considered complete upon submission of all required documentation and payment of application fees
~Deposits are equal to one month of rent and due at the time of approval
~Processing time for applications is approximately 24-48 hours
~Apartments are available on a first-come, first-serve basis
