Shamrock Apartments

The Carol is one of several complexes in Bellevue managed by Prudential Realty Company. No complaints here - not the best or worst place I've ever lived, but it has mostly met my expectations. Very quiet building, never had an issue with the neighbors. Fairly easy drive/commute to downtown Pittsburgh. In a year here, I've only had to make 1 maintenance call for the dishwasher and that was quickly resolved. Minor downsides - it's all street parking and it can be tough to find a spot within a... block of the complex sometimes. The on-site laundry is done on a time-slot system (one 4 hour slot per week), which I imagine doesn't work out so well for some people. However, there is a laundromat right up the street.
