Worst place to live do to lack of management Jamestown village apartments

Are the worst aparements in Berks county hands down. There maintenance is horrible service is horrible Apartments all full of mold and manager very unreliable very unprofessional in the office very very very very very high in favoritism worst place to live feel bad for the people there I give them a zero because is the Lowe's i can go.
