Currently the back unit is Owner Occupied, thus giving the front Tenant excellent service and security as well as trustworthy neighbors. The Owner encourages the privacy of the Tenants. No loud music, parties, or disruptive behavior that would encroach on other residents rights of quiet enjoyment.

Tenant is required to pay for all utilities. All pets are strictly case by case basis. Home has not been smoked in and no smoking in the home is allowed by tenants or guests.
