Love it!

I love living here. The staff is amazing. They really care about their residents. There are always fun things to do in the clubhouse. Parking is great and guest parking is free and easy. Plus, the location is perfect for me since I don't have a car. It is literally on the edge of campus. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a nice, quiet place to live off campus. 10/10

Beware

Please beware before renting a unit at this place. My son has lived here for 2 years. There are hidden fees and rate increases. The final blow was move out. We were charged a higher last month's rental rate for cleaning. We were also hit with additional $95.00 of cleaning fees from out deposit. We followed the move out instructions and made sure the place was spotless. The manager said the charges were for a ring in the toilet (we moved out a month early so I am sure this is for the... toilet not being flushed) and charges for a bottle of hot sauce left in the fridge.
