We've been living at the Fairways for 3 years now. We absolutely love it there! The pool is a little small, but all of the staff is friendly and prompt. Maintenance is really helpful & almost all issues are fixed immediately. They have multiple parks to use for your children, and price ranges & options for almost all budgets & families. The Fairways apartments and townhomes are conveniently located near transit and highway making for a relatively easy commute into the city while living out in the far suburbs. The property is well maintained and the units in good condition. We have had some serious weather events in the past few years that the property management and maintenance has had to deal with. We have lived here for nearly 3 yrs. The Fairways is located in a country setting surrounded by a Golf Course. A nice Restaurant across the street, a Day Care next door to the restaurant. Pool is conviently located . A shopping center is walking distance but not close enough to visualize. Other areas conviently located are Lancaster, home of the Amish;, King of Prussia, a large mall for shopping; And Historic Valley Forge. We are also located 40 miles N.W of Philadelphia.
