I love my apartment! It's not a brand-new building or apartment but it feels like a home. The apartments are spacious with a nice amount of lighting. I love that you aren't suck in a year's contract if something happens and you need to move. It is dog friendly, and I love seeing them all. The walls are a little thin, but most apartments have that. The grounds are always well-kept. There are so many shopping options in the area such as Target, Amazon Fresh, Walmart, Shop-Rite, Wegman's, and... plenty of places to grab a bite. The school district is awesome my daughter loves it as much has a 14-year-old could lol. On holidays they sometimes provide lunch, and we had a pool party with a DJ and provided food last year. The neighbors are friendly some more than others but overall, I love it.

If you can afford it, go somewhere else!
It is run by a management that doesn't enforce THEIR rules, and will try to find any excuse not to fix/replace something in your apartment. Rent will creep up every year and for what? to plant new trees on the property? (Happening as I write this). Let's start with management: when you move in, they, with sternness in their voice, make it very clear that they have rules that must be followed. However, you will notice, no one follows those rules and Lindy doesn’t enforce them.
Parking in spots:... people have been parking in fire zones. Lindy sent an email saying that is not allowed and that they will be fined. Did it stop residents? No, because residents know Lindy won't actually do anything.
Dog size limit: When I, who knew the size limit, went to the office to tell them I got a new dog and asked if they wanted his DNA, I got in a rude tone "what kind of dog is it?" The problem: there are many people here who have dogs well over the pound limit who probably don't pay dog rent because they know their dog shouldn't be here. But, me, the honest one, got the attitude.
Decent room sizes, windows are old and heaters struggle with warming the place. Water pressure sucks. If too many people are running water in the building, the pressure goes to nothing. Speaking of water: expect the water to be shut off approx 3 times a year.
Appliances are cheap. But, when you want to have something fixed/replaced, they will try to come up with any excuse that says it's fixed. For example, my very old dishwasher is leaking cleaner fluid. Maintenance came, wiped it, then ran it without letting me put a dishwasher pod in. He said it's probably fine. I ran it, it leaked.
Laundry: shared laundry room. ~ $4 for a wash and dry. Units are old and should probably be replaced. Also, it's ran and owned by another company and when there’s a problem, it's they that needs to be contacted.
Overall, you’re paying for a crappy apartment with old appliances and water pressure that goes down to nothing about 75% of the time. You're dealing with a management that doesn't enforce any of their rules and would rather plant trees than fix/replace anything in your apartment.

Run by management that doesn't care about their residents, doesn't enforce THEIR own rules, & will try to find any excuse not to fix/replace something in your apartment when it obviously needs to be. In addition, rent will creep up every year & for what?
Management: when you move in, they make it clear that they have certain rules that must be followed. However, you will notice no one follows those rules & Lindy won't do anything about it except maybe send an email.
Picking up after dog:... they ask for your dog's DNA. If you don't pick up after your dog they'll test it & charge you a fine. Almost every day, I find or almost step in dog poop. Either people don't care about the fine or Lindy isn't enforcing it.
Parking in spots: recently people have been parking in fire zones in front of buildings. Lindy sent an email saying that’s not allowed & you will be fined. Did it stop residents? No, because residents know Lindy won't actually do that.
Dog sizes: Lindy has a size limit on dogs. When I, who knew the size limit, went to the office to tell them I got a new dog, I got a rude "what kind of dog is it?" The problem: there are people here who have dogs well over the pound limit who probably don't pay dog rent because they know their dog shouldn't be here. But I, the honest one, got the attitude.

Appliances are cheap. When you want to have something fixed or replaced, they will try to come up w/ an excuse that it doesn't need to be replaced. For example, my dishwasher, which is probably 20 years old, is leaking fluid. The maintenance guy came, wiped it, then ran it without letting me put a dishwasher pod in, which is what is leaking. He said it’s probably fine now. I just ran it & it leaked.
Laundry: It’s a shared laundry room. Not a big deal. Some go elsewhere because they don't want to pay $4 for a wash & dry. The problem is that the units are old & should probably be replaced.
W/ rent, you need to pay for water & gas which they have no way of knowing how much your apartment used.
In summary, you paying for a crappy apartment. You're dealing w/ management that doesn't enforce any of their rules & would rather spend money to plant trees than fix/replace anything in your apartment.

Not The Best Property
I've been living here for over 10 months and this place is honestly just ok. The apartments are somewhat nice I guess but also pretty cheap looking. The pictures they show on here are very misleading, I don't have any updated appliances at all, no carpet in my apartment and no nice looking tile like in the pictures. There are roaches here and I called the office twice about them. The first time maintenance came out and literally just sprayed for like 5 min and that's it, the roaches re-appeared... like a week later. The maintenance people that came said "you keep your apartment very clean so we don't know why they're here"... anyways, I genuinely feel like we do pay for the nice shopping center across the street. The rent price does NOT equate to how this place actually is. And you have to PAY for laundry, which is something they never told me before moving in. I write this review not to bash this place but so others can make an informed decision before moving here!

Thin walls and poor maintenance
Maintenance crew is awful, put in a request and the crew member asked me how to do his own job. They also never come in the time frame they tell you they will. Walls are also super thin, I can hear my downstairs neighbor snoring every night.
