Don't move here...
HVAC is horrible and takes forever to get serviced. If they can't "fix" it, they offer space heaters or window units as supplements. Staffing (Office Managers and Maintenance Staff) constantly change. You never know who is going to be in your unit doing "maintenance". Parking is terrible. Parking lot lighting is atroscious. Currently in a "3-bedroom" unit. The 3rd bedroom has no closet is not big enough for even a twin bed and dresser. It took a month and a half to get the oven fixed to remain... at a consistent temperature. Trash is consistently found scattered across the parking lot and grass areas. Snow removal was a joke. Toilet in main floor bathroom rocked when we moved in. They supposedly fixed it yet it continues to rock. No storage available in the unit or outside. I could go on but I believe this gives you a good picture.
