Been here for 3 years. Like Treetops very much! Always well maintained.
My apartment is back on Cedar Ridge. It is very quiet.
My one suggestion is to add speed bumps on Cedar Ridge. Vehicles entering the complex often enter at high speed. Collision risk.

I have lived at Treetops for 16 1/2 years. I'm a retired, senior member of the community and have mostly enjoyed all my time here. The maintenance staff is great! They're always there when you need a repair or adjustment. The grounds are well kept, and the amenities are appreciated by most residents. Treetops' location is great for me. My only criticism is in regard to snow removal in winter. After this last storm, it took them 4 days to clear the ice and snow in the lot area of my building. I... fell twice on ice outside my car which is not good when you're 65 or older, or have some mobility issues. Thankfully the sidewalks and breezeways were clear. But overall, Treetops is a great place to live.
