Look somewhere else

Since move-in, HVAC systems has not been working, making the apartment 90 degrees 24/7. Called maintenance multiple times and received HORRIBLE treatment and still hasn't been fixed. Please look somewhere else.

Do yourself a favor and keep looking

I'm really not trying to be mean, but not only did the company that owns this building loses checks, we are constantly getting sketchy notes on our door saying we owe over $1,000, the electric bill is OUTRAGEOUSLY high for a one bedroom apartment, and the air conditioning that we've been paying for in rent has not been working since the 2nd day we moved in (it's been almost a year) and many tenants have moved out, saying they are fed up with this place. Search elsewhere and find an apartment… with landlords that are actually present and who can do their jobs well.

Its ok

its ok but I pay way to much for a two bedroom loft witch is just me and my two small children. It would be better if I had a yard and a balcony to sit at when the weather is nice.
