CONSTANT SMELL OF SMOKE & Trip hazards!

If you are a non-smoker, STAY AWAY.

Most of the tenants smoke and you will be smothered by smoke constantly!

Walking in the front door of the apartment building, SMOKE!

Sitting on your porch, SMOKE!

Opening your windows to get some fresh air? SMOKE SMOKE SMOKE!

Additionally there are multiple tripping hazards around the property where the sidewalk has sunken below the curb.

And if that isn't enough, there are several storm drains that have started collapsing and one has gotten so bad there... is a gaping hole large enough for a child to fall 10 feet straight down.

The land lord was notified in writing several months ago about these issues but refuses to do anything about these serious issues.

STAY AWAY!

Great apartment community

I have lived here for almost 4.5 years. Quiet community, fabulous neighbors and nice apartment complex. Management has always been pleasant to deal with. The rent is extremely reasonable. I really enjoy sitting on my patio and taking in the scenery.
