Maybrook is a a great place to live. Rhetorically speaking, where else do you have such expansive and beautiful grounds. And the apartments are great. But, as they say, god lives in the details, and in this they fall short, as detailed above.

I love my apartment. I love my neighbors. People are very friendly. Little concerned with the electricity always going out Not always the fault of the apartment, but I am concerned there is not a generator for the elevators. I can’t climb stairs. Very important.
