Great place
I have lived at Woodlands for a year now and am very pleased. Management does a good job and any problems have been resolved quickly. The setting is nice and I love the woods. I even like the ducks! The residents here are friendly. Would recommend Woodlands as a good place to live, especially for young professionals and retirees.

Decent.
It's small, but it works. Good amount of storage space. For awhile I thought the apartments were quiet but I guess I just had a really quiet neighbor. Now I can hear my newer neighbor's tv and music through my bedroom wall. I'm over it. Also being on the end next to the road I can hear traffic. Lastly the duck population has decreased so that's positive. I used to hear quacking at all hours of the night.
