Garden Village

Nice location, neighbors are pretty quite even there children aren't to noisy running around. I'm currently occupying the 1bed. I get a lot of bugs(spiders, moths, and my personal favorite the 2" long centipedes that like to come out in the winter-spring time). my inductance burners on my stove hardly work; they need a good session with a wire brush. No security and no cameras, we had our car windows smashed in during the winter with some kids throwing ice and there was no one to blame. my… neighbors flooded my bathroom twice, they managed to do it a total of four times, the last two times where so bad; water was coming from my walk way ceiling in front of the bathroom, out of the fire alarms(at 2 in the morning). an hour later maintenance showed up and helped(i was left going most of the work). by that time I had ran up stairs and shut it down(they clearly stepped of the water supply for the toilet, it was clear as day as I was the one who turned the water off and took the male connector off the toilet for the water) . they later would tell the maintenance guy, they would had left it running all night. eh limited intelligence, what are you going to do? but four times isn't something that happens. they promise to reimburse you but they never do. Maintenance is friendly, painters not so much. theres one lady at the office who seems to be a devil in sheep clothing, but the rest are very nice, and will work with you. they turn your heat off in may, it can be sort of chilly at times. don't be afraid to call the exterminator, he works magic, except they cant keep the bugs from entering through your window. hope you have better luck then me! The staff is very friendly and thorough at explaining the apartment community amenities. The price for the square footage is quite fair. They have a good variety of floor plans that would appeal to most people looking for a place to live and very happily.

nice apartment but was not what I was looking for I would recommend these apartments quite nice but I was looking for my son in the military and I understand they could not hold a unit for him for a month
