Riverbend Apartments

I have lived at Riverbend over 25 years and it was a nice place when I first moved in. However it has gone down the toilet. They haven't painted my apartment in the time I've been here. (Eg 25 years). They have never upgraded anything in my apartment. It looks like a dungeon in here. God for bod you call the office of something does break, they ask you " what did you do to this"" dud its over 25 years old . I go to get a pan to cook with and there is sawdust in it. The cupboards are so old and... breaking. I can't glue them anymore.i am infested with mice and have given them doctors papers as they put snap traps in my kitchen and I watch the mice jump over them. The silver is all chipped off my faucet.
