WINTER rental starting September 1,2025 through May 31,2026. Located in a gated community on Goat Island,this southeast facing unit has direct harbor views.... Located on the second floor,there is a secure front entryway with elevator. There are six stairs to access the unit and then within the unit there is a nice division between the living,cooking,and entertaining area with approximately six stairs to the upper level where the two bedrooms and two full bathrooms are located. Water views from every room with a lovely private balcony and electronic awning that comfortably sits multiple chairs for seasonal boat watching. A new kitchen light is currently getting installed and new white kitchen appliances have been installed. They are a GE (stove and microwave) and a Whirlpool (dishwasher). Shared laundry room is located on the same floor. Sorry,no pets per condo rules. There are two unassigned parking spaces. No smoking. No barbecue on balcony per city ordinance.
