Better with new management
I currently live at Northfield Manor. I have been here for 2 years and I must say it didn't start out well with Picerne. I had alot of maintenance issues go unanswered or get covered up for short periods of time. A new company purchased the property a few Months ago called Bilotti Group. They have been a breath of fresh air. Maintenance requests get answered the same week and they just replaced the heating system to where it actually functions properly. I was on the brink of leaving and I'm glad... I stayed. I have tons of family near by and the rent is reasonable. I hope this helps anyone looking.
