My experience has been good and the complex is quiet and safe. The apartment is nice and upgraded with granite countertops and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The patio is nice and extra storage space. The only issue we have is the ongoing mold and mildew in the secondary bathroom that won’t get addressed properly as maintenance keeps painting over it with white paint instead of fixing the real issue. Overall we have had a great experience living here and the grounds kept very nice.

The new management has worked extremely well. It’s a great place to live and feel safe! Everyone is extremely nice and helpful. Even though it’s close to Clemson Blvd you never hear the commotion from the highway.
