Big mistake on this one
I relocated from out of state and moved into these apartments due to my company refers everyone there. From the moment I moved in there was nothing but problems.
I apartment I originally looked at when I came to visit. The garbage compactor was broke and never fixed the entire time I lived there from March till August but had a 12 month lease and broke out early still paying 90 days after even though I moved out earlier. All the garbage was dropped around the mail area. Then they finally got a... large dumpster that stunk when it got humid and hot as SC gets. I paid extra to be 2 with a salt water pool that dogs were swimming in. A garage I paid extra for that was on the other side of the complex and didn't work with the remote. A unsecured gated system because they couldn't get it fixed. a leak in my apartment from the upstairs tenant that ruined my laptop because I worked from home occasionally at the breakfast nook.
Property and staff could care less they smile and then don't do anything .
Would not recommend this as a great place to live. Looks are deceiving with this place.

Enclave Blythewood
My husband and I would really like move into a house. We have 2 very loving dogs who deserve a backyard with much room to run. My apartment complex is very dirty and unsafe. My husband is in the army, I am currently in college for my medical degree so we do not have nearly the funds to afford to move.
