Helpful The staff at Ballantyne Commons of Simpsonville, SC has been so helpful to me. They are always glad to answer any questions I have. They are friendly and kind. If I ever have maintenance issues, the maintenance staff resolve my concerns in a timely way and are friendly.

Review for moving in Michelle is genuinely amazing. She found everything that we were looking for. The paperwork and signing process went smoothly as she was always there to answer any of our questions. Genuinely very happy so far with the complex; it’s a very calm place. The view from our patio is by far my favorite out of everything so far since it’s very peaceful.

Love it here The team members that work here really do a great job of taking care of their residents. Maintenance is amazing with completing work orders and the office staff are very helpful and are very communicative!
