Air condition not working. Maintenance responded quickly and worked diligently until system was repaired.

Review Loved the amenities and the area although the reason we chose elsewhere was due to the much dated apartments themselves. It is noticeable how dated the appliances are and one of the apartments we toured smelt like someone had smoked inside for a year plus . Other than that we loved the grounds

This company finds excuses to come in your apartment multiples times a year. They will say they are doing maintenance (changing air filter) but will take pics of your belongings or do “an inspection” even though they just said it was maintenance. They do not respect your privacy. It is over priced and you have to deal with their intrusions multiple times a year.

We lived in Channel Family Apartments for 1 year and we couldn’t wait to leave. While their maintenance staff is top notch, the front office is not. If you call with a question they never, ever answer a call. Nor do they respond, even after leaving a message. Now we have waited almost 30 days to receive our security deposit back. As older residents we found the noise of other residents with families, pets or the single, military adults to be excessive. I had to use a white noise machine to be... able to sleep. Overall a good experience. All of the appliances, electricity, and water worked without a hitch. We had some issues with mold, as is common in South Carolina. Due to limited hours are frequent random off-days you will likely need to take a day off work to reach the front staff if you seek in-person assistance with a question.
The apparent lack of security cameras was off-putting, but as a female college student I felt safe around these apartments at all times.
Call, don’t email, to inquire... about an apartment and you will have a relatively good experience from there on out. Read More
