The Best As usual, they jump on it right away in this particular case I had a plumbing issue and they were in here within. I don’t know maybe 15 minutes of when I can put the service in because I knew I was being put out by the plumbing not working all I can say is I’ve worked in manufacturing my whole life had a quality control company in this group has it down?

Maintenance Urgent Service I’m overall happy with the service. The technician were very polite and friendly, and they quickly addressed the flood issue and restored the place to good condition on the same day. However, they agreed to come by the next day to check the situation and perform another maintenance task, which my tickets are still pending. Unfortunately, they didn’t follow through on their promise. I’m still waiting since two days for them to come by, replace the water filter, and... check my apartment conditions after the flood (and retrieve the machines they left to dry the carpet).

Look Elsewhere Unless You Love the Smell of Marijuana

I have lived in The Murray for over a year. It is not the community I moved in to last May. The common corridors and elevators constantly smell like marijuana. Unless you get home before 7:00 the parking is horrible because they do not limit the amount of cars per apartment. I got an email a month ago that a pit bull had gotten out and was roaming the halls of the 100 building. There is dog poop everywhere on the grounds because they do not enforce their policies. If you complain about... anything they expect you to tell them who is violating their rules because it is beneath the management to walk their grounds to find out what is really going on. Look around. You will regret choosing this community.

DON'T RENT HERE - save yourself the time, energy and money

Save yourself the time, money, and energy, and DO NOT rent here. I have lived in a handful of apartment complexes and they are by far the most difficult staff I have ever dealt with. Make 100% sure that you will be fulfilling the entire lease term because they won't help you find anyone to take your lease unless you pay a fee of one month's rent PER MONTH until they "find someone." I had multiple people apply to take my apartment and each were denied even though I saw paper proof of one of the... applicants income/paystubs/guarantor income. They would not give those applicants another chance to provide the documentation that would put them far past the renting requirements.

The walls are paper thin and I was lucky enough to have neighbors that blasted music literally 14 hours out of the day. After multiple complaints, I was referred to a "compliance officer" for my complaints. The music never stopped. I ended up breaking my lease (3x the monthly rent).

When I received my security deposit back, $147 was taken out of my $300 deposit for my last month's water and sewer. My last three bills had been $16.73, $27.69, and $57.43.

When we inquired with the leasing office, they let us know that the water bills per unit based off of the water usage for the ENTIRE building. Meaning if my neighbor decided to run their shower for 30 days straight, I (along with everyone else in the building) would be charged an amount based on the entire water usage. It is not water per unit. Even so, this still does not explain the INSANE jump to $147 for the last month (august) of living there (even though I haven't lived in that unit since I left in June).

This complex may look appealing based on their social media, which is what fooled me, but wow this was such a giant waste of money, time, and energy. Save yourself the trouble!!!
