LOVE it here!
I’ve been a resident here for 3 years and I have loved every single year here! It’s so peaceful, the residents here are always friendly and nice to everyone. The clubhouse always has fun things for us to all get together and do that’s within the seasons. If anything goes wrong with my apartment (maintenance wise) It’s always finished within 2 days of your service request. Mr Charles, our maintenance guy is wonderful and so kind! He really puts his best effort in to what he does for our community... here at the Wilder.

Terrible
Don't sign a lease here!!!! Numerous issues! If anything is wrong with your apartment be prepared to wait and be disappointed more than likely will not get fixed. Walls are paper thin!!! Poor customer service skills heck the office is rarely open costs compared to other locations better fits than at this location. Rental amounts are not equal between residents by a long shot. Be prepared for a dramatic increase when your renewal is up, also it's impossible to get out of your lease early without... it costing you an arm and a leg. Also vehicle break-ins are premium here multiple times at this location. Never happened before current property management company brought the property.

I apologize that your experience with maintenance was anything but exceptional as we have a great maintenance staff... that strives to go above and beyond for our residents. The office staff stays busy keeping up with our property and helping residents, so we can understand that if we are not available, it may be frustrating. Please call or feel free to wait until we are available and we will be more than happy to assist you. I apologize that the rent rates have not met your expectations, but we do keep up with market standards when setting rates. HORRIBLE
Horrible. Changed me 3 months extra of rental insurance even though I submitted to the leasing office, twice. The ladies in the office will tell you one thing, then send a snarky email contradicting themselves. Horrible team that works the leasing office. On a bright note, they allowed to buy a condo & never have to rent again.

Amazing place!
I have no complaints about this apartment. The staff is wonderful, the amenities are amazing, there is free coffee and sparkling water to start off my mornings, the apartment was clean when I moved in and looked just like the pictures, the appliances are modern and look very nice. When I show my friends and family my apartment they can’t believe how nice it is. The neighbors can get a little loud, however that is just apartment living and it could be a lot worse. Also the security is very... reassuring.
