Shower issue Pat and Charles were very effective in replacing a broken part on our shower. They were respectful and professional, and we greatly appreciate their quick attention to our request.

Loved my two years living here! Management and administrators were exceptional to work with. The maintenance crew was always thorough and on time! I loved my time at The Wilder!!

Best experience moving in! From Bobbie & Kristen in the Management Office, to Kenny on the Maintenance Team, they gave all been responsive & wonderful. I needed a tweak on my refrigerator water pump, & I also had a clog in my bathtub drain. Within 10 minutes Kenny showed up at my door & took care of both issues within 20 minutes. Thanks for being so awesome you guys!

Lease renewal I enjoy living at the wilder. Easy access to highways, quiet and clean
It could be better if all lease renewal get a paint touchup, carpet cleaning or replacement.
